GENERAL INFORMATION OF THE TRAINING EVENT

Goals:

Develop and/or improve the skills of Accredited Examiners of Foreign Civil Aviation Training Centers required for the execution tasks of technical proficiency in flight of Brazilian pilots, according to the Regulation followed by ANAC. The term Technical Proficiency in Flight means the safely flight using Aircraft or simulators, compatible with the proposal of the evaluation. Such skills are extracted from the doctrine of specific regulations for the activity (RBAC 142) as well as the IS 00-002.

Justification:

The need to improve the framework of foreign accredited examiners in accordance with Brazilian Regulation, complying with the requirements of section RBAC 142.47. The ANAC Accredited Examiners of the Civil Aviation Training Centers have to be an up-to-date proficiency in conducting the aircraft, assisting in this way the reduced Board of ANAC Inspectors in the renewal and approval of licenses and qualifications of Brazilian Pilots.

Audience:

Foreign Training Center Instructors designated by Training Centers Inspectors to become ANAC Training Center Examiners.

Prerequisite:

Be a Flight Instructor in FSTD or aircraft linked to a Principal or Satellite Training Center 142, (requirement of presentation of this link through official documentation of federal agency responsible).

Note: this analysis will be performed by inspectors responsible for inspection in the CTAC.

Selection criteria:

Instructors of the Training Center that will be inspected in the phase 4 of the certification Process.

Working hours:

16 hours + 2 hours for doubts solving + 2 hours of evaluation.
